Festivance is an event-day logistics platform operated by BrainX Group. It enables event organizers to manage food service, menu ordering, usher coordination, live streaming, and in-app cash gifting for their guests.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Festivance, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Festivance, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect only the minimum information needed to operate the service:

• Guest name or access code — used to identify you within your event session.
• Table assignment — to route food and service requests to the correct server.
• Food and drink orders — recorded so servers can fulfil and track your requests.
• Usher and assistance requests — logged to dispatch a server to your table.
• Photos and videos you upload — shared within the event's media gallery.
• Gift transaction records — the amount and a display name for cash gifts sent through the platform.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect passwords, government IDs, or sensitive personal information.

Festivance does not collect, store, or process your payment card details. All payment transactions are handled directly by our third-party payment processor (Stripe) on their secure, PCI-compliant infrastructure.

We only receive a confirmation of a successful transaction and the amount gifted — never your card number, bank details, CVV, or any other sensitive financial information. Please review Stripe's privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Authenticate you as a guest or staff member within your event.
• Fulfill and track food, drink, and service requests at your table.
• Display media you upload to the event gallery.
• Notify relevant staff of usher or assistance requests.
• Show gift records to the event organizer and celebrant.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose beyond what is described above.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any third party for their own commercial purposes.

Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — we use Firebase (Google) for real-time data storage and Resend for transactional emails. These providers process data strictly on our behalf and are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
• Event organizer — the organizer of your specific event can see guest names, orders, and gift records for their event only.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Event data (guest sessions, orders, usher calls, media, and gifts) is retained for the duration of the event and a short period thereafter for the organizer's review. Data is then deleted or anonymized unless the organizer requests otherwise.

We do not retain your data beyond what is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy.

Festivance uses browser session storage (not persistent cookies) to keep you logged in during your visit. This data is automatically cleared when you close your browser tab or log out.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies.

Festivance is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We take the security of your information seriously. Data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure with access controls enforced by Firestore security rules. Data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Only authorized event staff and administrators can access event-specific data.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to any legal obligations).
